History
Brooks Forestry Consultants, LLC was established in 1995, and a partnership was established with Jeff Christie in 2001. We provide forest management services throughout southern and central Wisconsin, northern Illinois, and eastern Iowa.
Our goal as consulting foresters is to provide the landowner and their resource with professional, high-quality, scientifically-based forest management services. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
We provide the following services on a fee-based structure:
- Forest management plan preparation
- Forest inventory and appraisal
- Timber sale administration
- Timber stand improvement
- Tree planting and plantation maintenance
- Licensed herbicide application
Charles R. Brooks, ACF and WCF, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management and a Master of Science degree in Forest Silvicultural and Management. Both degrees are from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a member of the following organizations:

Jeff Christie, WCF has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. He has a wealth of experience:
--3 years - County Parks and Forests Administrator - Calumet County
--4 years - Procurement Forester for Weyerhaeuser, Inc.
--18 years - Forest Resource Manager for Webster Industries
--2 years - County Forest Administrator - Vernon County
